Gender equality is important topic not to lose the talent of half of the population.
However, in addition to gender balance, it may be worthwhile to broaden the perspective to diversity and inclusion. It is a fact that diverse and inclusive teams perform better: diversity fuels creativity and scientific breakthroughs.
